Variety description

Mid-early variety with a growing period of 60–65 days. The leaf rosette is upright and compact, 17 cm in height and 34 cm in diameter. The leaf is medium-sized, green, finely dissected, serrated, and slightly wavy at the edge. The base of the central leaf vein is narrow, white; the center of the rosette is yellow-green. The mass of a marketable plant is about 310 g.

The yield of the variety reaches 4.4 kg/m². The leaves have a spicy taste with a slight bitterness. The plant is characterized by a high growth rate and ability to regenerate. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing; recommended for summer and autumn production in private smallholdings.
