Open-pollinated variety developed from the Tardivo variety. Forms heavy, dense, white-yellow colored heads with a classic taste, suitable for forcing both in soil and hydroponically.

Recommended sowing time is early May. The optimal planting pattern involves a distance of 40–50 cm between rows and 12 cm between plants in the row.
