The plant forms a dense, well-closed, round head weighing 400–450 g. The leaves are light green with white veins, crispy and pleasant in taste. The variety traditionally originates from the Bergamo region, which ensures its high resistance to low temperatures and first frosts.

When growing, a planting density of about 7 plants per 1 m² is recommended. Due to the dense structure of the head, the variety establishes well when transplanted as seedlings and is suitable for short-term storage after harvesting.
