Variety description

The variety was selected in 1975 during breeding work initiated in 1971. Botanically classified as Citrus deliciosa Ten., which corresponds to the Citrus reticulata Blanco group.

The fruits have an orange-yellow rind that is relatively easy to peel and has a slight roughness. The taste qualities and color of the flesh are similar to the parent variety Ellendale. In the absence of cross-pollination, the variety is low-seeded.
