The variety is a vigorous vine 2–3 meters in height, suitable for vertical gardening or use as a ground cover plant. The flowers, 8–10 cm in diameter, have a simple flat shape with 4–6 wavy sepals and light purple anthers on greenish-white filaments.
The plant belongs to pruning group 3, requiring strong pruning of shoots to 5–15 cm from the ground level in autumn. The variety is adapted to the climatic conditions of zones 4–9, prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations and well-drained nutrient-rich soils.
