The name Magnificent is used in nurseries to designate plants with large leathery leaves of an oval-pointed shape up to 30 cm long. The leaves are distinguished by a variegated coloration, combining green and yellow tones with spots of red, orange, pink, bronze, or purple colors. In pot culture, the plant can reach 110 cm in height.

The plant is intended for decorative interior and greenhouse landscaping. The variety is sensitive to growing conditions: at temperatures below 13°C, the leaves turn brown, and with a lack of light, temperature fluctuations, or improper watering, the plant is prone to leaf drop. The intensity of the coloration directly depends on the light level.
