Alcácer variety plants are characterized by a tall, upright habit and a spindle-shaped structure. The leaves and stems have reduced or absent pigmentation, and the flowers are white.

The fruits of the variety are distinguished by a larger size and a lighter shade compared to the source material. In the course of research, samples demonstrated a high seed weight, reaching 45.9 g. The variety belongs to a group with later flowering dates.
