Variety description

The variety is a compact rounded shrub 1.2–1.5 m in height. In spring, the foliage has a bronze shade, in summer it becomes bright yellow or chartreuse, and in autumn it colors in red, purple, orange, and golden tones. Flowering occurs with small creamy-white flowers in late spring.

In winter, the shrub branches acquire a bright glossy scarlet-red color. The plant possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 2–7) and good resistance to the effects of sunlight. The variety is used in landscape design as a solitaire, in group plantings, and hedges.
