The plant has an upright bush shape and low vigor. The variety shows a pronounced tendency to form suckers.
The fruits are collected in clusters of 3–8 pieces. The nuts are enclosed in a husk that tightly covers the fruit and is almost twice as long as it, while the nuts often fall off together with the husk.
