The hybrid is intended for late production cycles. The fruits are characterized by a high sugar level exceeding 13 degrees Brix. The Galuna series is designed for commercial production to restore high taste qualities to Galia-type melons while maintaining marketability.
Plants of the Galuna line hybrids possess resistance to powdery mildew, including modern races 6 and 7, due to the implementation of Px Defense technology. A characteristic feature of the concept is the ability of the fruits to change color from green to yellow strictly at the moment of reaching optimal maturity.
