The fruits have a diameter of about 15 cm and thin skin that changes color from whitish to creamy-yellow upon ripening. A characteristic feature is the very thick, melting green flesh with a sweet taste, edible right up to the rind.
The plant has vigorous, high-yielding vines. The variety is characterized by good keeping quality; the fruits can be harvested before reaching full biological maturity.
