Variety description

10 August 2026

The Piel de Sapo type hybrid has vigorous growth, a well-developed root system, and dense foliage that protects the fruits from the sun. The period from transplanting to harvest is 65–85 days. The plant is capable of continuing fruit set under stress conditions, including heat, drought, and temperature fluctuations.

The oval-shaped fruits are covered with a wrinkled green or mustard-green rind and weigh 2.5–4 kg. The flesh is dense, white, uniform, with a sugar content (Brix) of 14–16%. The produce is suitable for long-term storage and transportation, as well as for processing.

The variety is resistant to Fusarium wilt (Fom: 0, 1, 2) and Melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV), as well as intermediate resistance to powdery mildew (Px: 2, 5) and other pathogens (Gc: 1, Ag). Intended for cultivation in open field and greenhouses.
