The plant is of the bush type, characterized by compactness and short shoots. The fruits have a rounded shape and tender light green skin. Fruit size varies from golf ball dimensions to tennis ball size; the optimal harvest diameter is about 12 cm.

The variety is early-maturing. The plant requires a sunny, wind-protected location and fertile, moist soil; it is well-adapted for cultivation in pots and containers. The fruits are versatile in use: suitable for raw consumption, frying, stuffing, baking, pickling, and freezing. It is an open-pollinated variety, not an F1 hybrid.
