The variety is a perennial loose-bunch grass intended for agricultural use. It responds well to nitrogen fertilizer application and is resistant to frequent mowing, which makes it widely used in specialized grass mixtures.
The plant has good endurance and, after establishment, forms a powerful root system, which provides it with relative resistance to drought conditions.
