The variety is an evergreen shrub of rounded shape, reaching 1.2–1.5 m in height and width. The leaves are leathery, dark green in color with a distinct yellow margin along the edges.
The flowers are gathered in dense inflorescences: the buds have a pink-purple hue, and the opened flowers are light pink inside. Flowering occurs in February–March and is accompanied by a strong fragrance.
The plant is frost-hardy down to -10°C, and under certain conditions withstands temperatures down to -15...-20°C. It prefers well-drained fertile soils and areas protected from strong winds.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
