The roots have a cylindrical or truncated-conical shape, characterized by an intense color of the core and cortex. The root surface may be slightly ribbed, while the variety has a low tendency to form a "neck". The plant has good foliage vigor, which is securely attached to the root.

The variety shows relative resistance to aster yellows, carrot psyllid, and carrot-willow aphid. Intended for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.
