The period from emergence to harvest is 70–90 days. The leaf rosette is semi-spreading; leaves are short, bright green, and highly dissected. The roots are cylindrical with a blunt tip, weighing 50–150 g, orange in color, and with a small core. The plant is characterized by the roots being almost completely submerged in the soil.
The variety possesses resistance to bolting and cracking. It is suitable for cultivation in open field, under film covers, and in greenhouses. The primary purpose is fresh consumption and juice production; the variety is traditionally not used for long-term winter storage.
