Technical maturity of the root vegetables occurs 80–110 days after emergence. The plant forms a delicate leaf rosette up to 50 cm tall. The root vegetables have a cylindrical shape with a blunt tip, are characterized by juiciness, a crunchy consistency, and resistance to cracking.
The variety is intended primarily for fresh consumption and sale as bunching produce; it is also suitable for juice production. Due to the delicate texture of the skin, the variety has limited suitability for long-term winter storage and is used more often for processing or short-term storage.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
