The period from emergence to technical maturity is 80–90 days. The roots have a blunt tip, a length of 12–20 cm, and a weight of 50–150 g. The plant forms a semi-spreading rosette with short, highly dissected leaves and reaches a height of 0.3–0.5 m.
The variety possesses tender flesh with a high content of sugars and carotene. Resistant to cracking, bolting, and Alternaria blight. Intended primarily for fresh consumption, juice production, and baby food.
