The F1 Ieva hybrid belongs to mid-season varieties with a vegetation period of 125–130 days. Root vegetables have a cylindrical shape with a blunt end; the flesh is bright orange with a small rounded xylem.
The produce has a high biological value: carotene content is 21.8–25 mg/100 g, total sugar is about 8.6%, and soluble solids are about 11.5%. The hybrid is characterized by high marketable yield and good keeping quality during winter storage.
