The roots have an elongated, almost cylindrical shape with a blunt tip, reaching a length of 18 to 30 cm. The intense lemon-yellow color of the flesh and skin is due to a high content of xanthophylls. The plant is distinguished by vigorous foliage and high productivity even in heavy soils.

The variety is late-maturing, with a vegetation period of 120 to 150 days. The flesh is firm, crunchy, and sweet. The variety is non-hybrid, which allows for saving seeds, and is suitable for both culinary use and long-term storage in a cellar.
