The roots are cylindrical, sometimes blunt-ended, with a yellow core. The taste is described as mild, slightly sweet, and spicy. Due to low sugar content, the variety can be used in dietary nutrition.
The plant is a late variety for storage. To form uniform roots and prevent branching, strict adherence to agronomic practices is required, particularly the use of loose soil and the avoidance of fresh manure application.
