The Jitka F1 hybrid belongs to mid-late varieties of the Berlicum type. The root crops have a smooth surface, a cylindrical shape with a rounded tip, and a bright orange color. Their length is usually 18–22 cm, in individual cases reaching 23 cm.
The variety possesses good taste qualities and is suitable for long-term storage, as well as for harvesting at a young age. The hybrid is universal in its application: it is suitable for producing early bunching products, fresh consumption, and industrial processing.
