The roots of the variety have a creamy white color, with a length ranging from 15–20 to 25 cm. The core is small. The plant reaches a height of 30–50 cm, with lacy and highly dissected leaves.
The taste of the roots is mild, sweet, sometimes with nutty notes, without the characteristic bitterness. The carrot is used fresh for salads and juices, as well as for culinary processing, including stewing and soups.
