The cultivar type is characterized by a ripening period of 115 to 120 days. The roots have a conical shape with a blunt tip, reaching 18–24 cm in length. The produce is distinguished by a sweet taste, bright orange color, and high resistance to cracking.
This type of carrot is intended for long-term winter storage and fresh consumption. The plant is demanding regarding soil quality: light, cultivated, humus-rich, slightly loamy or sandy sites are preferred, as root deformation is possible in heavy soils.
