The roots have a distinct conical shape with a pointed tip, their length ranges from 20 to 30 cm. The surface and the flesh are colored in a deep orange or orange-red color. The flesh is juicy, crunchy, with a relatively small core.

The variety is characterized as consistently productive, with increased sugar and carotene content. The vegetation period ranges from 80 to 110 days. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and long-term winter storage.

This variety belongs to historical local varieties of European origin. It is used in breeding programs as genetic material, in particular in work on obtaining doubled haploids in microspore culture.
