The Stagibord variety, also known as Sunset Gypsy or Sunset Gipsy, is a hybrid of sweet william. In documentation, the variety is classified as a mini-spray carnation.

The plant has broad green leaves. The flowers of the variety are single, gathered in loose head-like inflorescences, and have a purple-pink coloration with brown-purple spots in the center and deeply serrated petal edges.
