The variety WP15 PIE43, known by the trade name Cosmopolitan, belongs to the Allwoodii carnation group. The plant forms compact bushes 30–38 cm in height and is intended for use in borders, rock gardens, and container planting; it is also suitable for cutting.

Flowering occurs in spring and summer and is characterized by abundance and repeatability. The plant is characterized by winter hardiness and drought tolerance. Cultivation requires sunny areas with well-drained soils, while the variety is sensitive to excessive moisture.
