The plant belongs to the Whetman Cocktails® series and is known under the trade name "Cherry Daiquiri". It is an evergreen perennial forming a neat bush in the shape of a cushion or mound with upright, rigid flower stalks.

The foliage is flat, linear, and blue-green in shade. The flowers possess a strong fragrance, have deeply fringed petal edges, and range in color from white to pale pink with a pronounced red-pink or burgundy center.

The variety is intended for ornamental gardening and is suitable for growing in large pots or containers. It is recommended to place the plants in areas with full sun exposure, ensuring well-drained soils with a neutral or alkaline reaction.
