The PINOCCHIO cultivar is a garden carnation with fully double flowers, colored yellow with a broad diffused orange shade. The parental forms of this cultivar are unknown.

The name PINOCCHIO is also used to designate a cultivar series of sweet william (Dianthus barbatus), known as Pinocchio Mix. It is a dwarf biennial crop with a height of 25 to 35 cm, forming fragrant double flowers in umbellate inflorescences.
