The variety consists of trees of medium or below-average vigor. The plant is monoecious, producing female, male, and hermaphrodite flowers, which ensures self-pollination and the ability to bear fruit. It enters the bearing stage 3–4 years after planting.
Fruit weight is 70–120 g; fruits formed from hermaphrodite flowers are smaller (20–30 g). Yield is 40–60 kg per tree; during a long, warm autumn, a second generation of fruit may appear. The variety has low natural astringency.
The plant has high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to –26...–27 °C, and demonstrates resistance to fungal diseases, such as scab and powdery mildew. Due to the presence of male flowers, it can be used as a pollinator for other varieties.
