The tree is vigorous or medium-growing with a spreading crown, reaching a height of 6–12 meters under natural conditions. It belongs to the late-ripening group; the harvest matures in late October – November. The variety is characterized by winter hardiness in the range of -15°C to -20°C and good resistance to diseases.
The fruits are large, weighing 200–300 g, with a characteristic heart-shaped or conical form and a pointed tip. The color is bright orange; upon full ripening, the pulp acquires a soft, creamy consistency. The variety is astringent and requires complete softening of the fruits before consumption.
The plant is self-fertile; fruits without pollination are usually seedless. The variety is versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and drying. Due to the decorative appearance of the fruits and foliage, the tree is also used in landscape design.
