Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub with shiny, small leaves approximately 3 cm long. The leaf blade is dark green at the edges with a bright yellow or cream-white spot in the center; it may acquire a pinkish hue during the cold season. The shoots are trailing and root quickly upon contact with the soil.

The plant height is usually from 0.3 m to 1 m; with support, it can reach 2 meters. The variety prefers sunny spots or partial shade and well-drained humus soils; it is sensitive to drying out and waterlogging. It is used in landscape design for creating carpets, bordering, and container gardening.
