The hybrid was obtained by crossing a cultivated poinsettia variety with the wild species Euphorbia cornastra. The primary goal of breeding was to modify the growth habit to obtain plants with "free branching," which allows them to appear lush without the use of additional manipulations.

The plant has a medium or small shrubby habit with upright but prone to spreading stems. Under typical growing conditions, the height of the plant with the pot is about 42 cm with a similar width.

A key feature of the variety is an accelerated development cycle: the time to full flower opening is about 6 weeks, which is significantly faster than the 9-week period of a typical poinsettia. The crop is intended for use as an ornamental potted plant.
