The plant has a compact, bushy form and does not produce long rhizome offshoots. The lanceolate leaves with a smooth surface feature variegated coloration: light green with white or yellowish stripes, which become more prominent in autumn.
The variety reaches a height of up to 1.5 meters and has winter hardiness of zone 6a, withstanding temperature drops down to -18°C...-20°C. The plant tolerates pruning well and prefers semi-shaded locations, where the variegation is most pronounced.
As a decorative crop, it is used as a solitaire, in group plantings, or for container cultivation. In several publications, it is indicated as a possible hybrid of Fargesia murielae and Fargesia nitida.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
