The variety possesses improved resistance to brown patch, dollar spot, and leaf spot. The plant is characterized by early spring green-up and the ability to retain color until late autumn; it is adapted to low soil fertility levels.

Due to high resistance to trampling and the ability for rapid recovery, the variety is used for landscaping sports grounds, park areas, and residential plots. It is also used in sod production and for stabilizing road verges as part of specialized mixtures.
