The plant has a rigid structure, a semi-erect habit, and a developed root system. The variety is characterized by rapid initial establishment, high wear tolerance, and the ability to maintain green color during the winter period. It is resistant to drought, low soil fertility, and soil compaction.

A key feature of the variety is the symbiosis with fungal endophytes that ensure the production of ergovaline and loline alkaloids. This makes the grass unappealing to birds and insects. The variety is suitable for low and high mowing and requires lower maintenance costs compared to forage types.
