The variety is intended for the creation of utility, recreational lawns, and sports fields. The plant is perennial, forms loose tufts, and creates an even cover with wide, mechanically resistant leaves.
Due to a deep root system with numerous lateral shoots, the variety possesses high drought tolerance. The plant tolerates cold winters, spring frosts, acidic soils, and salinization, and is also capable of rapid spreading via stolons.
