The variety belongs to the ryegrass-type hybrid group and has an erect growth habit with broad leaves. The plant is characterized by an early maturity group and very early spring regrowth, which allows for high-quality forage production at the beginning of the season.

Lofa demonstrates high yield, especially in the first cut, and is distinguished by a high sugar content. The crop has excellent resistance to crown rust, is capable of tolerating drought and excessive moisture, and also possesses increased winter hardiness.

The intended use of the variety is the creation of forage lands for grazing and the production of haylage or silage. Due to its rapid rooting and balanced growth rate, the hybrid is suitable for use in grass mixtures with legumes and other cereal crops.
