The variety has a bunch-type growth habit with a low stature and forms a dense, uniform turf. The plant leaves are distinguished by a very dark green color and a medium-fine leaf blade width, and the deep root system provides high resistance to drought.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling, wear, and soil salinity. The variety tolerates heat well, is adapted for cultivation in both full sun and moderate shade, and also contains endophytes for protection against insects.

During trials, the sample demonstrated excellent resistance to brown patch and Fusarium, as well as moderate resistance to stem rust. The variety is intended for the creation of turf in residential, commercial, and sports areas, in parks, and along roadsides.
