Variety description

The Benji variety belongs to the creeping red fescue subspecies. The plant forms narrow and thin leaves, providing an aesthetic appearance to the turf cover. Due to the presence of rhizomes, the variety is capable of self-repair and the formation of a dense sward.
The plant possesses resistance to diseases, in particular to red thread, and maintains its ornamental qualities during winter and summer periods. The variety is used primarily in seed mixtures for areas with moderate traffic.
