The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra commutata. It is intended for creating golf courses, in particular greens, and tennis courts, requiring intensive maintenance and short mowing down to 4–5 mm.
The plant possesses high shoot density, good drought tolerance and an aesthetic appearance. Unlike other subspecies of Festuca rubra, the variety forms dense bunches without long rhizomes, which ensures the formation of high-quality lawn cover.
