The variety is intended for creating high-quality turf coverings and is often used in professional grass mixtures. A distinctive characteristic of the plant is its pronounced dark green color.

During field trials, the variety demonstrated resistance to diseases such as dollar spot and brown patch, while maintaining a high-quality stand condition.
