The variety is a creeping red fescue (Festuca rubra L. subsp. rubra). The plant is characterized by extremely slow growth and pronounced short stature, which reduces the need for frequent mowing. The leaf blades have a glossy shade ranging from medium to dark green.
The variety possesses rapid rooting and the ability to efficiently form underground shoots, which allows it to quickly restore the integrity of the turf stand. The plant is well adapted to extreme summer temperatures, demonstrates drought tolerance, and high tolerance to low mowing.
