The variety is hexaploid (HEX) and in a number of sources is classified as chewings fescue. It is characterized by slow development in the year of sowing and reaches full development in the 2–3rd year.

The plant has a dark green color, narrow leaves, and high shoot density. The variety is characterized by medium drought tolerance and is recommended for mowing at a height of 1–3 cm.

It is used primarily in grass mixtures for creating decorative lawn covers in parks and landscaped areas.
