The variety forms a dense stand of dark green color. In the absence of regular mowing, it forms compact inflorescences that create a decorative "wavy" look. The plant contains endophytes, which provides natural protection against red thread and pink patch.
The plant possesses high resistance to summer stresses and maintains turf density with reduced fertilizer application. The variety withstands shading and moderate traffic wear, demonstrating stable lawn quality under various climatic conditions.
The variety is intended for park landscaping, private gardens, and the creation of secondary zones on golf courses. It can be used in seed mixtures to improve shade tolerance or for winter overseeding into ryegrass.
