The variety forms a strong root system, ensuring quality turf formation. The plant is characterized by good resistance to diseases, trampling, and unfavorable growing conditions, including dry and low-fertility soils.

A mid-early and slow-growing variety, which allows for a reduction in mowing frequency. Intended for landscaping parks, sports grounds, home gardens, as well as creating green belts and slope stabilization.
