The variety is intended for use in landscape design. The plant possesses high resistance to adverse environmental factors, including drought, severe winter conditions, nutrient deficiency in the soil, and shading. The variety is also tolerant to salt exposure, frequent mowing, trampling, and diseases.
When grown for seed, the optimal seeding rate is 12 kg/ha. It is recommended to apply nitrogen fertilizers at a dose of 70 kg/ha after harvesting. At present, there is no precise data on plant height and maturity group, however, the variety is the first officially registered in Estonia for this species.
