The variety forms a rounded, tall, pure white bulb; the average height of the entire plant is about 60 cm. The plants develop uniformly, and the foliage is strong and healthy.

The taste qualities are characterized as sweet, with a pronounced aroma of anise or licorice. The variety demonstrates resistance to flowering, bolting 7–10 days later than other varieties.
