The variety forms large, crunchy, white, aromatic bulbs with a mild taste reminiscent of anise. The plant reaches 1.5–1.8 meters in height during the flowering period, although it is significantly shorter during the bulb formation stage.

The variety is characterized by rapid maturity, including an early emergence of the primary umbel. Due to a tendency for premature bolting when photoperiod changes, it is recommended primarily for autumn cultivation, with optimal sowing dates from May to July. Hilling the base of the stems is required to maintain the white color and delicate taste of the bulbs.
